The best solutions to challenges are best generated from the communities themselves. Listening to stories and understanding problems from their perspective is a good approach to problem-solving and product development. #TTOSICT Mentors were introduced to a hands-on session on Design Thinking and Urban Planning; and how to apply empathy to building products and implementing sustainable projects for communities. They created personas and storyboards for the solutions to the issues they were supposed to solve.
