A few days ago, we had the honor of commemorating Menstrual Hygiene Day at our offices through a powerful and inspiring session. We engaged with 27 incredible girls in meaningful conversations around menstrual hygiene, proper management, and safe disposal of menstrual products. Most importantly, we reinforced the message that menstruation is natural, healthy, and nothing to be ashamed of. Together, we broke down harmful myths, built confidence, and equipped these young girls with the knowledge and dignity they deserve.
